Digital Educational Products
Due to the digital nature of our educational materials and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are generally final. However, we stand behind the quality of our educational content.
Refund Eligibility:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and only if you have not accessed more than 25% of the digital content or attended any scheduled consultation sessions.
Consultation and Mentorship Services
One-time Consultations: May be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Mentorship Programs: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no sessions have been attended. Once a session has been attended, the program becomes non-refundable.
Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no additional charge.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us via email with your order number and reason for the refund request. We will review all requests on a case-by-case basis and respond within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Important: No refunds will be issued based on dissatisfaction with educational outcomes or results. Our services are educational only, and individual results depend on personal application of the information provided.
